Investors (as part fof the UK Government’s Innovator Visa Scheme) are now seeking investment opportunities into innovative start ups or projects within the UK.
In return for a new company Share Purchase, covering a 3 year period, the investors offer unsecured finance for inovative projects such as bringing products to market or to commercialise IP.
Minimum available investment is £50k and will typically be £150k £200k. Option to buy back the shares at Par Value after Year 3. We have investors interested in all sectors. We currently have investors who have backgrounds in the following industry sectors:
