Traditional, well established & highly profitable UK businesses sought by experienced investment Holding Company. Will consider businesses with EBIT of approx. £1m plus and where the management team will be prepared to stay with the business, at least for a handover period.

Any type of traditional business considered, especially businesses involved with the manufacture and/or supply of consumer consumables or consumer solutions in and around the home. Examples are:-
