SME operating in Aerospace, Defence & Security Industry Wanted – (RSS/JS)

Well-connected entrepreneur, backed by committed group of experienced high-level professional investors, is looking to acquire and lead a well-established & successful SME operating with the aerospace, defence and security sectors.

The objective is to build upon the strong foundations created by the founder or owner, safeguarding the business’s legacy, whilst creating new opportunities for growth.

The business must have experienced & capable middle management in place, no critical dependency on a single person, 10+ years of operating history, strong customer relationships and up-to-date capabilities.

E.g. Manufacturing & engineering (such as: components, sub-assemblies, precision engineering), Services (such as: MRO, training, testing), software & systems (such as: cyber security, command & control, platform management systems), dual use industrials (such as: satellite systems, advanced materials, sensors & lasers, avionics).

Turnover: £5m to £30m, EBITDA: £1m to £5m
