A private UK Equity Firm with a growing £30m fund is seeking buisnesses in need of Turnaround where Liquidity and Expertise can be provided, working closely with the Management Team.

Businesses must typically be in the region of £5m to £100m turnover and UK based. Most industry sectors considered, including Engineering & Manufacturing but excluding Real Estate and Construction.

The equity firm has around 20 specialists to act as Project Leaders who can provide support at short notice. The 4 key stage of expertise include:

• Stabilisation
• Growth

In addition to Equity Investing, rapid lending to businesses may include:

• Asset Purchase Finance
