Manufacturing & Business Services Companies Wanted – (Ref. RSS/MH)

A well-established and experienced entrepreneurial team is looking to build upon their network of businesses within the Manufacturing and Business Services Sectors, to complement their diversified track record, by both geography and sector.

This investor will look at ways to explore organic growth together with acquisition strategies relevant to their preferred businesses, prioritising long-term business development, whilst enabling continuity for employees, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders.

The investment team is open to situations where the shareholders wish to fully exit on day one and where there is no incumbent management team or where the business has issues with customer concentration, temporary performance issues or other complexities.

Open to all deal types including Share Sales, Asset Sales, MBI’s, MBO’s and complex special situations.

Preference for businesses with Freehold properties.

Businesses with an Adjusted EBITDA of at least £300k, up to £5m considered.
